Heshan city mayor, Mr. Xie Wenqing, and distinguished 26 customers attent the production launch ceremony, and had a wonderful factory tour under the guidance of YATU cheif engineer Mr. Chen Zhiwei.
The project of YATU waterborne production base is undertaken by an Italian company named IEC which has also designs manufacturing procedures for world top car paint companies.
Total investment of production building is 30 million USD, mainly on NETSZCH grinding machines and automatic production lines.
The whole production process from raw materials feeding, grinding and color mixing is controled mostly by computer, and the paint is conveyed through thousands of stainless steel pipes which will eliminate the manual mistakes.
