In April 28, 2015,  “5.1” International Workers’ Day and Chinese National Model Workers and Advanced Workers Awarding Ceremony was held in Beijing's Great Hall.

There were 2968 workers from all circles who have made outstanding achievements, were awarded as National Model Workers and Advanced Workers by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Among them, there are 2064 national model workers , and 904 advanced workers. Accounting for 69.5% and 30.5% of the total respectively.

Particularly, in the field of coating and paint, Mr. Ruan weiming, the R&D engineer in YATU ADVANCED MATERIALS CO., LTD. was awarded as National Model Worker.

Mr. Ruan Weiming has been dedicated for the R&D of auto paint for ten years in YATU with heart and soul. He led R&D team devote into developing the system of waterborne paint, and made great contribution to a lot projects, and also achieved major breakthrough in various technical fields in this industry.
